ShotCam
Arcion（以下「当社」）は、ShotCam（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくお客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは、外部のサーバーと通信する機能を一切持ちません。撮影した写真、設定、その他いかなる情報も、当社を含む第三者に送信されることはありません。
本アプリで撮影した写真は、お客様の端末の標準の写真ライブラリに直接保存されます。本アプリ独自の保管場所に写真を溜め込むことはしません。
保存された写真の管理・共有・削除は、すべてお客様が写真アプリ上で行います。本アプリは、一度保存した写真を読み取ることも、参照することもありません。
本アプリは、写真を撮影するためにカメラを使用します。カメラからの映像は、画面に表示すること、露出の補助表示（ヒストグラム・ゼブラ・フォーカスピーキング）を計算すること、および撮影して写真ライブラリへ保存することにのみ使用されます。
これらの計算はすべて端末内で行われ、映像が端末の外に出ることはありません。撮影していない間の映像が記録されることもありません。
本アプリは、写真ライブラリに対して二つの権限を、それぞれ必要になった時点で個別に要求します。
読み取りを許可しなくても撮影と保存は通常どおり行えます。読み取った写真が端末の外に送信されることは一切ありません。
本アプリが端末内に保存するのは、以下の設定値のみです。
これらは端末内のアプリ設定領域に保存されます。個人を識別できる情報は含まれません。本アプリを端末から削除すると、これらの設定も削除されます。
本アプリは位置情報を取得しません。撮影地が写真に記録されることはありません。
本アプリにアプリ内課金は含まれません。今後導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新してお知らせいたします。
本アプリは Apple App Analytics 以外の第三者の分析ツール（Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics 等）を使用していません。広告表示および広告 ID（IDFA）の取得・送信も行いません。
本アプリは、いかなる情報も第三者に提供、販売、貸与することはありません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。そもそも、いかなる個人情報も収集していません。
当社は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページを更新することでお知らせいたします。

ShotCam
Arcion (“we”) respects the privacy of everyone who uses ShotCam (“the app”). This policy explains how the app handles information.
The app has no ability to communicate with any external server. Your photographs, your settings, and every other piece of information stay on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us or to any third party.
Photographs you take are written directly to your device’s standard photo library. The app keeps no library of its own.
Managing, sharing and deleting those photographs is entirely yours to do in the Photos app. The app never reads back a photograph once it has been saved.
The app uses the camera to show you the scene, to calculate the exposure aids drawn over it (histogram, zebra, focus peaking), and to take and save photographs. All of that happens on the device. No video leaves it, and nothing is recorded between shots.
The app asks for two separate permissions, each at the moment it is first needed.
Declining read access does not affect shooting or saving. Nothing the app reads ever leaves your device.

These contain nothing that identifies you, and are removed when you delete the app.
The app does not request or use location. Photographs are not tagged with where they were taken.
There are none. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
The app uses no third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Firebase). It shows no advertising and does not collect or transmit the advertising identifier (IDFA).
No information is shared with, sold to, or lent to anyone.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — it collects no personal information at all.
We may update this policy when necessary. Changes will be published on this page.
